Ice Flake Machine 90kg/24h
Keeping fresh fish, seafood and meat-related stuff looking their best all day is a real challenge, especially when a display starts to warm and lose its shine before lunch is over. And it can cost you more than just stock; it’ll cost you sales and profit. The Combisteel Ice Flake Machine 90kg/24h was designed to protect you from these consequences. It produces a generous 90kg of soft, snow-like flake ice every 24 hours. A perfect amount that covers everything like a big hug, so nothing dries out or is left open. The best and most beneficial feature of flake ice is that it moulds itself around whatever you lay on it, which keeps your counter evenly cold, and your display looks inviting from opening to closing. It runs on the eco-friendly R290 cooling agent, quietly producing batch after batch while keeping your energy use sensibly low. At just 496mm wide, it is one of the more compact machines of its kind, so it fits into tight prep areas and back counters without getting in your way. Just plug it straight into a 230V socket, and it is ready to work as soon as you are. If holding your fresh stock at its best has always felt like a losing battle, this machine takes that pressure off and lets your produce speak for itself.
