BASE 900 Gas Fryer 2x19L Heavy Duty

If frying food is your most-selling menu category, then peace and silence are something you'll never experience. In those everyday busy hours of service, you can't risk your business reputation by relying on a small fryer that cannot keep up with the pace of the orders coming in. The Combisteel BASE 900 Gas Fryer 2x19L is built for such kitchens where rest or breaks have no room because of the constantly building queue. With a width of 800mm and a depth of 900mm, this unit was built to handle serious frying volumes without slowing down your kitchen during peak hours. It gives you two separate 19-litre tanks backed by a combined 36kW of gas power, so both wells recover heat fast even when you are dropping full loads back-to-back through a long, relentless service. Keeping the two tanks apart means you can hold different products or different temperatures on each side without one interfering with the other. It runs on gas, which means you don't have to worry about the pressure on your electrical supply, allowing your other kitchen equipment to keep running smoothly during the busiest services. So, when your volume is genuinely high, and reliability is not negotiable, this is the fryer built to keep going.
