BASE 700 Electric Fryer 2x10L Twin

Frying two completely different menu items in the same tank is always going to end up in a disaster because the flavours start bleeding into each other and neither dish tastes the way it needs to. The Combisteel BASE 700 Electric Fryer 2x10L fix that issue once and for all. It gives you a compact frame with two separate 10 litres oil tanks so that you can fry your onions on one side and the fish on the other without worrying about the flavours leaking into each other. Each tank has its own heating element of 7.5kW which brings up the oil temperature quickly and maintains it there, allowing you to drop the next batch right after the previous order is served. The twin fryer also comes with a thermostate, a precise temperature control system which allows you to change the temperature of both tanks individually. So, if you want a fryer that is compact, reliable, and keeps every menu item tasting exactly the way it should, this is the upgrade you need.
